we are

The story of 303 Advisors goes back to 2016 at Washington and Lee University where Molly and McKinley met in Economics class. We instantly clicked and in the nearly decade following, we both graduated from college with degrees in Accounting, attended graduate school at UVA together, got our CPA licenses together and moved to DC together to start our careers in accounting. After working in the industry for nearly five years, we realized there was an opportunity in the market to fill the need for personable, relationship-driven accountants to support female founders.
